Bible Conference

October 17-19, 2008 was the Bible Conference at Buffalo Valley Baptist Church in Clay WV. Brother John Pruitt is pastor there. The theme of the conference was "Church Responsibility."  There were 12 sermons on the program, along with special singing and some very good fellowship.  It was great for me to get to listen to other preachers, and see some of my friends and family I had not seen in a very long time.  We were able to be there for the whole conference and then made it back to Mansfield for Sunday evening services.  

Our van has 725 more miles on it than it did before we left, and we are physically tired tonight, but oh what a blessing it was!  I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be than in God's House with His people!  Being at church is the best part of my week and being at a conference like the one I was just at is even better than that.
